Wide range of extraction kits of nucleic acids from differents types of materials, independent of your starting material. Optimized pipetting steps for maximum purity of eluted nucleic acids. Samples can be used directly in subsequent applications, e.g. qPCR. Magnetic Bead based or Smart Extraction technology based kits, available usually in 96 or 480 reactions format. 

 

1) MAGNETIC BEADS BASED EXTRACTION 

To reduce the manual preparation steps for these kits to a minimum, the innuPREP Prefilling Set is available for automated prefilling of deep well plates with the appropriate buffers and reagents by CyBio FeliX.

• Isolation of high-quality DNA from fresh or frozen plant material
• Effective removal of inhibiting by-products such as secondary plant metabolites
• Extraction time: Lysis - 45 minutes; Extraction - 26 minutes

 

innuPREP Blood DNA Mini Kit-FX

• Different protocols for individual needs
• Isolation of genomic DNA from up to 400 μL of whole blood

innuPREP Virus TS RNA Kit 2.0-FX

• Specially developed for isolating SARS-CoV-2 RNA from respiratory swab samples
• Kit includes carrier RNA for maximum yields
• Ethanol and 2-propanol must be provided for the extraction

2) SMART EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY 

The Smart Extraction alters the process of isolating and purifying nucleic acids by eliminating the need for a number of work sequences, extra materials and specialized equipment. The Smart Modified Surface ensures that the entire process takes place right inside the pipette tip.

• Isolation of High molecular DNA from PBMC's from fresh or frozen whole blood

• Yield from 5 up to 40 μg from 0.2 to 1 ml whole blood or 30 to 60 μg from 1 ml of buffy coat
