Methylated DNA-Seq

Clontech

Next-Gen Sequencing of methylated DNA for epigenomic profiling

Methylated DNA-Seq
Clontech

The EpiXplore Meth-Seq DNA Enrichment Kit is a complete system for separating methylated and unmethylated fractions of sheared genomic DNA, and generating sequencing-ready Illumina libraries from the resulting enriched DNA fractions. Exploits the binding affinity of the MBD2 protein to separate methylated and unmethylated fractions of genomic DNA for NGS library preparation.

  • Rapid, user-friendly protocol which separates methylated DNA from unmethylated DNA
  • Inputs of 25 ng -1 µg of sheared genomic DNA
  • Ligation-free protocol
  • Generate Illumina-ready sequencing libraries from the enriched DNA in ~4 hours
  • Using DNA SMART technology
