1) Preamplification

Takara PreAmp Master Mix

  • 2X PCR mix optimized for unbiased preamplification of multiple (>100) targets
  • Ideal for a limited (10 pg–100 ng) input of cDNA or gDNA
  • Suitable for work with FFPE tissue, biofluids, laser capture microdissection or exosomes
  • Amplified products can then be used for qPCR, genotyping, or target enrichment analysis
  • Ready-to-use—just add cDNA or gDNA samples and primers, and then cycle 10–14 times
  • Two size of Master Mix for 10 Rnxs and 40 Rxns

 

2) TB Green detection

TB Green Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNase H Plus)

  • RNase H included in reaction mix: reduces inhibition from mRNA/cDNA hybrids
  • Eliminates need for RNase H digestion step: when using low RNase H RTs
  • Amplification of longer fragments up to 570 kb
  • High sensitivity: detecs as few as 100 copies
  • Excellent standard curves for various real time instruments have been established

  • Optimized for real time dye-based qPCR detection

  • Minimization of PCR inhibition: due to residual mRNA by premixed Tli RNAse H
  • Compatible with all qPCR instruments
