Capturem kits provide a complete non antibody-based solution for the simple and rapid isolation of extracellular vesicles and exosomes from different volumes and type of sample materials.

 

1) Capturem Extracellular Vesicle Isolation Kit

• Consistent, rapid isolation of highly pure, concentrated extracellular vesicle (EVs)
• Isolation from up to 850 µl of biofluid (plasma), in <30 minutes
• Capturem spin columns containing a lectin-based binding compound
• Sufficient EV yield (up to 10¹⁰) for downstream RT-qPCR or NGS analysis of exosomal RNA
• Purified EVs display classical morphology, as shown by TEM

 

The kit includes:

• 20 single-use, disposable pre-clearing columns
• 20 single-use, disposable isolation columns

2) Capturem Exosome Isolation Kit (Cell Culture)

• Simple and rapid isolation of exosomes from up to 25 ml cell culture supernatant
• Capturem technology with a proprietary exosome-binding compound
• Isolation in under 30 minutes without incubations or ultracentrifugation steps
• High yield: up to 2 x 10¹¹ of purified exosomes per column
• Yield depends on cell type and cell culture conditions
• Suitable for downstream applications such NGS, qPCR and mass spectrometry

• 6 preclearing columns to remove large cellular debris
• 6 isolation columns to specifically bind exosomes
