1) Maintenance media as the serum free products are ideal for Embryonic Stem, Embryonic Germ and iPS cell culture.

 

Cellartis DEF-CS Culture System

  • Robust culture system for efficient expansion of human iPS cells in a feeder free and defined environment
  • This system eliminates the need for cell selection, because there is no detectable background differentiation
  • The kit includes 500 ml of basal medium, additives and coating compound

 

Cellartis DEF-CS 500 Xeno-Free Culture Medium

  • Medium without antibiotics
  • iPS cells are cultured in conditions completely free from humand or animal derived components
  • The cells are cultured in absence of feeder cells, the substrate iMatrix-511 is used
  • This medium is available also in GMP variant

 

GS1-R Medium

  • Suitable for maintenance, propagation and manipulation of rat embryonic stem and embryonic germ cells
  • GS1-R uses selective small molecule inhibitors to block differentiation signals from GSK3β and ERK/MEK

 

GS2-M Medium

  • Completely defined serum free cell culture media for human and mouse embryonic stem and iPS cell lines
  • Uses selective small molecule inhibitors to block differentiation signals from GSK3β and ERK/MEK
