Guide-it CRISPR/Cas9 Gesicle Production System is the unique technology of cell-derived nanovesicles called gesicles that allows to deliver Cas9 protein and sgRNA into a whole variety of cell types and has a very low toxicity.

  • Suitable for knockouts and drastically reduces off-target effects compared to delivery by plasmid or lentiviral 
  • It can be used to a broad range of cell types
  • Gesicles are induced by Glycoprotein and iDimerize system incorporates the complex Cas9-sgRNA into them 
  • Gesicles are then collected from the media and can be used immediately or stored at -70 °C for over a year
  • When the gesicles are applied into target cells, it releases the Cas9-sgRNA complex for editing
