HTG EdgeSeq workflow 

Extraction-free chemistry significantly reduces sample input requirements, preserves valuable samples and eliminates time consuming and technically challenging steps like cDNA synthesis, size selection, removal of rRNA, mRNA end repair, and adapter ligation resulting.
