The Tet-On 3G Tetracycline-Inducible Gene Expression Systems are the 3rd generation of the most powerful, versatile, and widely cited inducible mammalian expression systems available.

 

 

EF1-Alpha Promoter Versions of Tet-On 3G

EF-1 alpha promoter versions of the Tet-On 3G Tetracycline Inducible Expression System  provide for consistent long-term expression of the Tet-On 3G transactivator, even in cell types known for their tendency to silence a CMV promoter over time, such as hematopoietic cells and stem cells.

Bidirectional Tet-On 3G Inducible Expression Systems

The response vector supplied with these Tet-On 3G tetracycline-inducible expression systems contains a bidirectional version of our premium TRE3G promoter (PTRE3G-BI) that allows for simultaneous, equivalent and inducible expression of two transgenes.

  • Equivalent co-regulated and simultaneous expression of two genes
  • Indirectly monitor expression of a target gene via co-induced expression of a bright green or red fluorescent protein

Bicistronic IRES Tet-On 3G Inducible Expression Systems

The response vector supplied with these Tet-On 3G tetracycline-inducible expression systems express two transgenes from our premium TRE3G inducible promoter (PTRE3G).

  • Tightly controlled inducible expression of two genes of interest from the same bicistronic transcript
  • Monitor induced expression of a single gene using mCherry or ZsGreen1 fluorescent proteins
  • Two transgenes or one transgene and a bright fluorescent protein expressed from a single IRES bicistronic transcript
